Leadership Coaching
Practical coaching for leaders who want to get better at the job.
Leadership is hard. Most people are promoted because they were good at their previous role — not because they were trained to manage people. Our coaching helps leaders build the skills and confidence to do the job well.
What is leadership coaching?
Leadership coaching is a structured, one-to-one process where a leader works with a coach to improve how they lead, communicate and manage people. It's not therapy. It's not a performance review. It's practical, focused work on the things that matter most to you right now.
Sessions are confidential. The work is driven by what you bring to the table — the challenges you're facing, the conversations you're avoiding, the situations where you feel out of your depth.
We don't use a fixed framework or hand you a leadership model to memorise. We work with you on your actual situation, in your actual workplace, with your actual people.
What we work on
Difficult conversations
Performance issues, conflict, giving feedback, saying no — the conversations most leaders put off.
Managing people effectively
Setting expectations, holding people accountable, building trust and getting the best out of your team.
Communication and influence
How you come across, how you listen, how you get buy-in from people above and below you.
Confidence and self-awareness
Understanding your own style, your triggers, and how to lead in a way that feels authentic.
Navigating change and pressure
Leading through uncertainty, managing your own stress and keeping your team steady when things get hard.
Developing your leadership style
Building a clear sense of how you want to lead — not copying someone else's approach.
Who it's for
Our coaching works for leaders at all levels — from frontline supervisors stepping into their first management role, to senior leaders who want to sharpen their approach. If you're responsible for people and want to do that job better, coaching can help.
New managers and team leaders finding their feet
Experienced leaders dealing with a specific challenge
Senior leaders preparing for the next step
Leaders in high-pressure or high-risk environments
How it works
Initial conversation
We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand what you're looking for and whether coaching is the right fit.
Agree on focus areas
Together we identify the areas you want to work on and set some clear goals for the coaching engagement.
Regular sessions
Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, held fortnightly or monthly. We can work in person or online.
Practical application
Between sessions, you apply what you've worked on in real situations. We review what happened and adjust as we go.
